According to Bloomberg, HOF Capital is reportedly negotiating to acquire Porsche’s stake in Bugatti Rimac. The joint venture, controlled by Croatia’s Rimac Group, owns the iconic Bugatti brand.

The transaction could also include Porsche’s share in Rimac Group itself, insiders told the media. The deal is estimated at more than USD 1.2 billion (EUR 1B), signaling a significant strategic move for both investors.
